Kira Rudyk is the Vice President of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe (ALDE) and the Leader of Holos Liberal Political Party. She has been a member of the ALDE Party family since 2020. Kira is a member of the Parliament of Ukraine and the First Deputy Chairwoman of the Parliament Committee on Digital Transformation. 

She is also a Co-head of the MP Association “Humane Country”, established to promote humanistic values and protect animals from cruelty, as well as a member of the MP Association “Equal Opportunities” aimed at ensuring gender equality. 

Before politics, Kira Rudyk was an IT entrepreneur who headed Ring Ukraine company and ensured its acquisition by Amazon for $1 billion. She also served on the board of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine and IT Ukraine Association.

In 2018, she graduated from the Executive Programme in Women’s Leadership at Stanford University. Kira Rudyk was included in the TOP-100 most influential women in Ukraine according to the Focus and Novoe Vremya magazines.
