Csaba Toth, PhD (1979) is a political scientist based in Budapest, Hungary.
He has worked in the Hungarian Prime Minister’s office as a political advisor, and has been the strategic director for two election campaigns for the Hungarian Liberal Party (SZDSZ). He is the founder and currently the director of strategy of the Republikon Institute, a politically independent, liberal think-tank. He is a member of the board of the European Liberal Forum, the party foundation affiliated with the ALDE party. He also teaches at ELTE University and is a member of the board of the Hungarian Political Science Association. As a writer, he is interested in the political aspects of science fiction universes, having published two books on the topic.
