Mr. Yevhen Perebyinis is a career diplomat who joined the Ukrainian Foreign Service in 1992. From 2015 to 2017, he represented Ukraine as Ambassador to the Republic of Latvia, from 2008 to 2011, as Ambassador of Ukraine to the Kingdom of Sweden. From 2013 to 2015, he has served as Spokesperson for the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine, Director-General of the Information Policy Directorate General. Previous assignments include: Consul General of Ukraine in Prešov (Slovak Republic), deputy Director of the Foreign Policy Directorate at the Office of the President of Ukraine, DCM of Ukraine in the Czech Republic and the Hellenic Republic. In March 2017 he has presented Letters of Credence to the Czech President as Ambassador of Ukraine to the Czech Republic. In 1992 graduated from Taras Shevchenko Kyiv University and improved his skills participating in Training programme for young diplomats at the Netherlands Institute of International Relations “Clingendael” in The Hague. In 1999, he took part in the Harvard Ukrainian National Security Program at Harvard University in the USA.
